We offer returns 14 days from the date of delivery. Capes must be unwashed, unworn and shipped with the original packaging. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are covered by the customer and because of this, we recommend tracking. If you would like to return your cape, please email us by clicking below.
We accept returns 14 days from the delivery date of your items. Please email us to let us know you will be returning your item and provide your order number.
Unwashed & Unworn
We only accept unwashed and unworn items for return. They must not be damaged and need to be sent in the original packaging. If the items do not meet these requirements, a refund will not be issued.
Refunds will only be initiated when the items have been returned back to us. All items must be unwashed, unworn, in original packaging and not be damaged. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
