We try to process and package all orders within 1-4 days. Once we’ve packed and shipped your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation from us. After that, the postal service will take an additional few days to get things moving for you. What that timing looks like?

Most shipping confirmation emails will include tracking info. It is up to you to track your package and be there for delivery.
Returns
We offer returns 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn and shipped with the original packaging. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are covered by the customer and will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to return your cape, please email us with your order number (starts with #HT) at help@hightopcapes.com
Our hook closure if the most customizable neck closure. Simply hook one side of the cape and secure it with the other hook.
