Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

We offer returns 7 days from the date of delivery. Capes must be unwashed, unworn and shipped with the original packaging. $10 will be deducted from your refund for the return label/customs fee. International orders outside of Canada/USA are not eligible for a return label. If you would like to return your order, shipping costs are covered by the customer and tracking is required. If you would like to return your cape, please email us at help@hightopcapes.com 

There was something wrong with my cape. What now?

Any issues with your newly purchased cape must be brought to our attention as soon as possible. Please email us with your order number and photos to help@hightopcapes.com

Are duties/customs included in my order?

No, we do not cover duties or customs fees on orders. Currently there are no duties or customs fees for USA and Canadian Orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the North America, New Zealand and parts of Asia. Shipping will be calculated during checkout. Please note, duties and customs fees are not included and must be paid by the customer. Due to high shipping and customs charges, we are currently not shipping to Europe or United Kingdom. To shop locally, check out our stockists.

Can I still change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please send an email to help@hightopcapes.com. Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Are there any shipping costs?

Yes, all shipping costs are based off the weight of the order and location you're ordering from. Simply put your address in at checkout to see shipping costs.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We offer wholesale only to registered Barber or Beauty Supply businesses. We do not offer wholesale to barbershops or barber shops that carry products. For information about opening a wholesale account, please email info@hightopcapes.com

What if my package was stolen?

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please use your tracking number to contact the shipping carrier.

General Questions

How do I care for my capes?

It is important that you follow the care instructions on the tag. This includes, undoing the neck closure, washing on a cold cycle and hanging to dry. Do not bleach or iron your capes. Putting your capes in a dryer can cause damage to the print or neck closure. You can watch our care instruction guide video here.

Are your capes color safe?

No, our capes are for cutting only. Using them while applying color or bleach on a client could result in staining or damage.
